In order to travel without a visa, your passport must be valid for at least six months from the arrival date and have at least 2 blank spaces for stamping. Additionally, your destination country may demand that you acquire travel health insurance.
It is important to note that visa policies can change, and it is advisable to check the most up-to-date visa requirements and regulations with the official government sources or the nearest Rwandan embassy or consulate before planning your trip. Additionally, visa-free entry often comes with specific conditions and limitations, such as the duration of stay and the purpose of the visit, so it's essential to comply with the guidelines during your travels.
