We use the personal information you provide online only to process your visa application. We will not pass your personal information to anyone else without your permission.
Once we have sent you the approval letter, all the information we hold will be stored. We can use your email address to tell you about changes in the status of your visa applications, changes in the database or our website, and new services, features or promotions.
We are committed to providing the highest level of security and privacy. All online actions, including processing credit-card payments, are carried out securely using technology, supported by your browser, which encrypts all information that is sent to us. We use the best commercially available encryption on the internet. Rwanda Immigration Services does not collect and process data except when voluntarily provided by you. We pledge to strictly follow international security and privacy protection standards.

5. Updating or changing your information
Please let us know if the personal information we hold about you needs to be corrected or updated. However, once the Rwanda Immigration Department have issued your approval letter, we cannot change any information and you would have to apply for another visa.

We can collect and store information such as your IP address and the type of browser or operating system. All the information is highly confidential and we will only use it for managing our system. This information helps diagnose problems and monitor how many people are using our site, and what for.

The website contains links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of those websites.
9. Payment details
We accept payment by credit card, PayPal and bank transfer. All the credit-card, PayPal-account or
